Decorating your home with colored or natural burlap is very simple, and there are many original ways to do it. At Deyute we propose, for decoration, a Christmas wreath made with jute ribbon or fabric.
By following the steps below and with a bit of skill, we can achieve an optimal and, above all, economical result.
1. Using sheets of newspaper rolled up and wrapped with kitchen plastic film, we can create the base of the wreath.
2. Next, we place the burlap fabric or ribbon over the wreath. It is very simple: we just need to wrap the jute around until the entire wreath is covered. A useful tip is to secure the burlap with clips so it does not move.
3. For decorating the bows, we can choose a color such as red jute fabric, which gives it a Christmas look.
4. For a better result, we can include pieces of green and natural burlap among the red jute ribbons.
5. If we want a fully Christmas-style finish, adding a few Christmas baubles is a great idea to complete our jute wreath.
